Our Mission is to nurture each child’s unique talents, help them build meaningful relationships, and equip them with the skills and confidence to thrive in all areas of life.
We believe that every child has the potential to dream big, achieve their goals, and contribute positively to their community. Through our programs, we aim to provide the tools and opportunities that help make those dreams a reality.
At the Youth Nation Center, we are dedicated to supporting and uplifting the next generation, one child at a time.
Affordable and Accessible for Families
We believe that every family deserves access to quality childcare. That’s why we’re proud to be approved with Title 20, making our services affordable for families who need assistance. We also provide care for families who may not qualify for Other Publicly Funded services that are seeking a structured, engaging environment for their children.

Weekly Creative Themes
Week 1: “Kid-Preneur” – Build Your Own Restaurant
Focus: Entrepreneurship · Art · Budgeting · Teamwork
🧠 Objective: Students will team up to design a kid-friendly restaurant from the ground up. They’ll create a concept, menu, logo, and layout, then present their ideas in a fun showcase!
Week 2: “Tell Your Tale” – Write Your Own Book
Focus: Literacy · Imagination · Graphic Design · Public Speaking
📚 Objective: Campers will co-write and illustrate a 10-page children’s book. From story creation to layout design, they’ll work as a team and share their work during a read-aloud event.
Week 3: “Motown Museum & Music Week”
Focus: Music History · Artistic Expression · Presentation · Team Fun
🎶 Objective: Dive into the soul of Motown! Kids will learn about legends like Stevie Wonder and Diana Ross, design album art, and curate a mini “Motown Museum” for friends and family to tour.

Our Program is a dynamic aftercare initiative designed for children ages 7–13, with a strong focus on the arts. Our goal is to inspire creativity, build confidence, and promote teamwork in a supportive and structured environment. We Believe DREAM stands for Discover, Reflect, Empower, Achieve, and Motivate—guiding principles that shape every aspect of our program.
What the Program Offers
- Motown Music History: Dive into the legendary history of Motown, exploring its cultural significance and its influence on music today.
- Creative Crafts: Engage in hands-on arts and crafts activities that encourage creativity and self-expression.
- Self-Esteem Development: Participate in workshops designed to boost confidence and empower children to believe in themselves.
- Team Building: Through group activities and collaborative projects, children develop essential social and teamwork skills.
